Free Reading "Screen time before bed is bad for children" (31st)

Children shouldn't do screen time (watch TV, tablet or phone screen) before going to sleep because it is bad for children's health. They found that 90 percent of those activities could delay the child's sleep time, resulting in poor sleep quality.

Children take up to 13 hours to sleep. There are three reasons why the screen affects children's sleep. First, the light from the screen disturbs the child's body clock because it makes the children think it's daylight. Second, videos excite children and keep the brain active, so it takes longer to sleep. Finally, children do not exercise due to tired of screen time.
