Elon Musk has opened up a kind of gym for robots, called OpenAI Gym. Mr. Musk is the boss of the company Tesla Motors and SpaceX. He also set up PayPal's online payment site. OpenAI Gym is a free platform for code writers to test their work on artificial intelligence.
Mr. Musk writes about why OpenAI Gym is free. He said: "Our goal is to advance digital intelligence in ways that are most likely to benefit mankind as a whole." It follows the notion of reward for learning - like giving a reward dog while learning something new.
