An 18-year-old student in Osaka, Japan demanded $ 20,000 in damages after school told him to color his natural brown hair to black every four days. She had a rash on her head and her hair was damaged. The girl also suffered a lot of stress in school.
The student told the court that the school bullied him for three years. She was banned from school trips and festivals because of her brown hair. He said that the teacher said things to him in the class that embarrassed him, so he suffered mental stress. The girl said that she was bankrupt. Now, he has to go to the hospital with an ambulance.
