Apollo, the god of music, is sent down to Earth and made to lose all of his power after he infuriatea his father, Zeus.Unfortunately, he can't remember what mistake he has made to be given such a punishment.Apollo roams the city of New York.Without his godly power, the 4000 year old god must survive the tough human world until he cn remember the reason why he has been banished from Olympus and find a way to regain his father's favor.
To do that, Apollo needs help from the mortals of Earth.And only way he can get that help is by visiting a place called Camp Half-Blood, an enclave of modern demigods.On his way there, he happends to meet Meg McCaffrey, a girl who saves him from being robbed by sime thugs, and who turns out to be a demigod.She helps him to find a way to the camp.Then Apollo join the camp.
