    The researchers looked at five popular trackers, including Apple Watch. The researchers looked at 60 volunteers as they walked, ran and cycled. None of the devices have an error rate below 20 percent. One researcher said that the tracker only gives "rough estimates" for calories burned.
      Scientists say people should be careful about using the device to decide what to eat. If you go to the gym, and you think you've lost 400 calories, you probably feel you have 400 calories to play. "A fitness tracking company CEO said that the study method could use the wrong settings, which would give wrong data.
