Fanny is Rich's wife. Fanny was so angry if Rich called her "honey or sweetie or darling or dear" because if Rich used those names to called fanny, she will think of his x-wife. When she thought of his x-wife, she got angry.
Rich was still confused. He wanted to call her something special and what can he called his wife, but she just wanted to call Fanny no darling, either.
