Researcher says that intimidated children have mental health problems as they mature, they are more likely to be depressed and stressed. Intimidated children 1.6 times more likely to have mental health problems or try to hurt themselves. A researcher says that bullying is dangerous because it has a serious long-term effect.

Bullying is a worldwide problem. In the UK, 16,000 children stay home because of intimidation. Their exam results are bad and they do not go to university or get a good job. Most bullied children can not focus for a long time, have poor social skills and have problems with work and relationships. In this case, the role of parents and schools is well-defined, they need to teach their children how to communicate well with other children.
