we known that small children did not like to eat green vegetables and stress parents because of this. study found that young children did not like vegetables because of their genes. a child's gene change causes some children to thought it is bitter but for a child who did not experience a gene change thought it tastes bitter.
Natasha Cole, a member of the obesity prevention program at Illinois University, said it is not surprising that some children have very sensitive tastes. He says this makes them think things like bitter broccoli. He said that new research could help find new ways to tackle childhood obesity. this still needs further research.
