We think that middle age is 50 years old, but a new study from IIAS says that life expectancy is increasing, middle age begins at age 60, 65, or more. The biggest reason is that we live longer because we are healthier, eat better, exercise more and we have a better lifestyle.
The researchers looked at people in 39 European countries by noticing the absence of life expectancy, but the UK National Health Service (NHS) warned the study was not 100 percent correct. NHS says that we should eat healthy food and exercise to live longer.
