The local government in Japan told to the girl who 18 year old must be dye their hair into black. Eventhough she had naturally brown hair, the school told to dye it black. The girl who do not follow the rules, she will get bully. The school would not accept the girl's hair who has naturally brown. She will be banned from school trips and school festivals because of her brown hair. This is not good actually because it can damage psychological of the students.
