7 basic facts about our blood type we should all know.

There are generally 4 main blood types known to mankind:
Type A:  stand for Agrarian.
Type B:  stand for Bavarian.
Type O:  stand for Original hunter
Type AB: the strongest immune system.

Apart from the main blood types, there are more than 400 blood type subcategorie, depending on the person’s profile, health and lifestyle.
1.       To have a great health and well-being, there are foods that suit each blood type in general.

Type A is mostly vegetarian, including fish, chicken, and yogurt. These people sould stay away from legumes, spicy foods, dehydration, and coffee.
Type B mostly based on dairy, mutton, fish, vegetables, tea and grains. Stay away from alcohol.
Type O mostly meat, fish, vegetables, and fasting.
Type AB eat almost anything. The most preferable foods ate organic, fresh raw foods, and avoiding of cooked and processed meals.

A: compassionate, organized, effecient, leading skills.
B: meditative, flexible, friendly, active.
O:  practical, assertive, attentive, empathetic.
AB: rational, calm, strong, innovative.

A: these people can’t handle stress easily and take time to overcome it.
B: they are generally calm, but their mood can escalate quickly, causing mood swings.
O: they show tendencies towards anger.
AB: these cn balance stress quite well, but can also become angry easily.
4.       The relation between blood types and fat.
A: people are free to consume fats from meats and sugars.
B: they can suffer by consuming deep-fried foods and breads.
AB: they can gain weight by being inactive.
O: they gain weight by changing their eating habits
5.       It’s quite often for pregnant women to suffer from RH factor changes, including:
Hemolytic disease, collapse of red blood cells.
Erythroblastosis fetalis, creates unripe red blood cells in the fetus.

AB is can receive blood from all types, but give only to AB.
A can receive blood from type A or O, but gives only to A or AB.
B can receive blood from type B or O, but donates only to B or AB.
O can only receive from type O, but donate to all types

AB can receive plasma from AB but give to all blood types.
A can receive plasma from A and AB, but only give to A and O
B can receive plasma from B and AB but, only give to B and O
