10 deadly habits we all do before bed even though they seriously damage our health.
Sleeping is an extremely important and regular process that gives our body vital energy for optimal functioning the next day. Therefore, it’s vital we hve healthy and good sleep. Here are 10 habits we need to stop because of serious negative impact they have on overall health.

1.       Drinking water before sleep.
It will interupt our sleep multiple times. As a result of this, we will find it hard to get good sleep at night.
2.       Napping during the day.
it interrupts our natural sleep cycle.
3.       Using your phone or laptop before sleep.
it will take longer for us to fall asleep.
4.       Improper distribution of meals.
it can have an impact on our digestive process.
5.       Lack of bedtime routine.
Our bodies won’t know when we want to sleep.

It will affect our sleep, it will cause neck pain.
