From what I read the war between North Korea and the US can cause havoc as it will lead to the loss of lives of many people. Vladimir Putin said North Korea and the United States that military action is very dangerous. But North Korea will not stop its nuclear program. In fact they say it's better to eat grass than to stop their nuclear program, as long as they do not feel safe.
