This text explains that most smart people get good grades in school, get better jobs, and have a happier life in general. The famous test for measuring intelligence is IQ. But IQ test results do not guarantee someone's success. Many of them with high IQ even have poor performance. And it turns out people who have high emotional intelligence dominant more successful than people who have low levels of emotional intelligence. This is measured by an EQ test. And this test focuses on a person's emotional level.
