Chocolate is a food derived from cocoa beans. Cocoa beans contain flavonol compounds. Flavonol proved to support blood flow. This means it can prevent heart disease. And flavonol can also prevent cancer. But chocolate when in production has been added with other ingredients that contain lots of fat and sugar. So this is what makes chocolate become unhealthy. And flavonol is not only contained in cocoa beans alone, in the stalk of broccoli flavonol also there and this may be the right solution.
