REVIEW OF : Is Smoking Good for Us?
Nicotine in cigarettes can trigger an increase in brain mediators called dopamine. The brain will adjust and accustomed to high dopamine conditions. If one day the person does not smoke then the dopamine levels of the brain will decrease as a result of brain performance will weaken so it will cause discomfort such as anxiety, can not concentrate sleepiness, abdominal pain and so on.
Smokers have a high risk for coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, stroke, cataracts, stomach ulcers, porous bones, easy blood clots, hair loss, wrinkles and various types of cancer.
Yes, medical statistics have proven by quitting smoking in addition to increased age expectations, better physical condition, the risk of worsening body function and the incidence of cancer significantly decreased.
So, the conclusion is smoking is bad, and stop smoking !
