HACKING: PRO AND CONTRA?

Hacking is one type of cybercrime where a person attempts to exploit the security settings of a computer system on a computer network. The person who commits this crime is called a hacker. The hackers can return to several personal sites or accounts and threaten security on the internet. 

Actions by hackers can have a positive and negative impact. People are inclined to assume that the hacker is a bad person. Hackers can only hurt the web user's agency. But behind it turned out there was a positive side that can be taken from the activities of a hacker. The positive side is a hacker will notify the web admin about web security being used, so web admin will be able to fix web security system so it is not easy to be damaged or stolen by other people. On the negative side, hackers often interfere with internet users. Sometimes internet users are made to feel annoyed because their web pages are changed by hackers. Or maybe a posting that does not match the web owner.
