Review of 69th free reading: Eat healthy, Live healthy

Health is the greatest asset in our life. So, as much as possible we should keep the diet well so that our life is always balanced and healthy. Because healthy is expensive. Eat nutritious food then you will be healthy as well. There are two things to consider in eat a healthy diet. Firstly, if you are a busy person, you should eat foods that contain lots of calories to get full energy in your daily activities. Second, eat different but balanced foods, so you will get vitamin and mineral intake the body needs. Then starch is what the body needs. You should consume it once a day. Starch is contained in foods such as bread, rice, potatoes, and pasta. Eat at least 5 types of fruits and vegetables a day, so you get the vitamins and nutrients your body needs in vegetables and fruits. Do not eat too much salt, because salt will increase our blood pressure. I got a good quote in this text which is "eat a balanced diet and you will surely be healthy". A healthy life starts from a healthy mind, so keep think positive guys;)
