New Zealand to Ban Foreign Home Buyers 
The New Zealand government will announce a ban on foreigners' purchase of homes by early 2018. This is done to resolve the housing crisis
Sehungga demand for property is increasing and the price is more expensive. Although the New Zealand government has only adopted the regulation, it will not apply to Australians and will not stop non-nationals or non-citizens from buying residential land to build houses.
