a new study says every prang can upgrade their memories if they train their brains. scientists say we can train yes to be a memory athlete. And scientist Martin Drester says brain training for six weeks has an amazing ability to remember things. Drester studies people who do 40-minute exercises for 30 minutes using a memory technique called Mnemonics. Mnemonics is a very old method to help remember something especially in the list.
