"Every body Needs to Relax"

   In our daily activity, we'll get to go through a lot of things. We have work or school too. Sometimes, we don't get the time to relax. They say that there is a certain amount of getting stressed that is good as it can make us move and give our life tje balance that we need to relax. Because it will be better in the many things that we do. If we force ourself to work hard without stopping, it can make our healt get weak as well. Hard work is good, but we have to think that we have ourself an our wellbeing to think of as well. We can refresh our body witj sleep, breathe in through the nose and slowly breathe out through the mouth. We see, we get to feel bad when our health is bad too. Sugar can be got but don't take too much. It can bring our mood and our body up and down. Cofee can make us feel up whe we'll not let up sleep at night. Fresh fruit and multivitamins can take away the bad toxins of the body. Exercise and a massage are good ways to relax as well. And then positive thinking, it's the important thing to stop getting stressed.
