Drinking Coffee
Drinking three or more coffee a day can help us live longer. That is the result of a study from the International Agencies for Research Collage London. They say drinking coffee means lower risk of death, especially heart disease. But not all experts agree. they say that the study does not prove that drinking coffee has health benefits. The researcher warned against drinking too much coffee. because the maximum safe caffeine is 400mg, more than that will risk panic, heart and insomnia.
