Carrying the Shopping Makes Over-65s stronger

 The elderly must remain strong, so they can train their body balance while on the move. Many parents fall when they walk, and usually cause hip or joint injuries. The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) in the UK says it is very important for people over 65 to stay active in maintaining their strength as they get older by training muscles such as  dancing, aerobic chairs they can also gardening. This is recommended because it can train to keep their muscles strong.
