64th review

These 5 things may be slowly killing you.

There are behaviors that make us physically unhealthy. There are a few lifestyle choices that can lead to a long, happy, and healthy life according to Dr. Clyde Yancy, a professor of medicine and chief of cardiology at the Northwestern University’s Feinberg School of Medicine.

There are some simple steps to a healthy lifespan.
“achieving these 7 simple lifestyle factors gives people a 90% chance of living to the age 90/100, free of not only heart disease and stroke but from a number of other chronic illnesses including cancer” Yancy said.

There are things slowly killing you:
1.       Not exercising.
2.       Not eating healthy.
3.       Not controlling blood pressure.
4.       Not maintaining a healthy weight.

5.       Smoking.
