So what I got there was an 18 year old girl who had brown hair and her school had rules to be black haired. So she was given a newspaper from the staff telling her to color her hair every four days. The girl reports to the court that the bullying is bluffing for 3 years and there is a teacher saying "you should not have come to this school".
