In the story there are those who argue that a female doctor is better than a male doctor, but less paid. The study looked at more than three million medical records for inpatient care, a mortality rate of 15.02 percent and enrollment rate of 11.07 percent for female physicians, compared with 15.57 percent mortality and 11.49 percent for male enrollment rates but Dr. Ashish Jha says that many lives can be saved in the US every year if male doctors work with female doctors so we need to understand why there is such a difference and find out how the solution to cover all doctors.
