"The Benefits of achocolate"
Chocolate is made from cocoa beans. According to research, cocoa beans vontain a high level of flavonols. These compound are not vitamins or minerals. Yet they seem to have a lot of health benefits. Most chocolate product like milk chocolate has low levels of flavonols, and dark chocolate products have higher levels. So, we might get some health benefits by eating dark chocolate. In addiction, flavonols are not only found in chocoa beans but also in broccoli too.
