Online media, especially social media that lately more advanced and growing offers various ease in dissemination of information that can be accessed by all circles. Social media offers ease in building networks and interactions with others. 


However, social media is also very influential in today's lifestyle changes. The biggest reason someone chooses to use social media in his life is someone more comfortable and easy in interacting with other people, relatives, or distant friends.

Social media turned out to make users become lazy to activities outside the home. This is because the social media users are more busy spending time to struggle with social media. Of course social media can turn a person into lazy to move and do useful activities outside the home such as socializing and exercising. It requires the discretion of social media users themselves to be able to utilize social media more effectively, efficiently, and useful.
