That's a problem many peopple don't talk about that , differwnt others they're can't talk , because you normaly ask from your friends and familly , if you sick break , or something , but it is about psychologyst , they must understand what make you feelings and emotions , and ask about your problem your life and they're must find and reason your actions.
Could or would you felt rained , all of them , you can feel something , in the blue sky , flying hight , turn dark and others, mental health can't feel the some with others , they're feel different , when we're talking with mental healt , them can't understand about what is we're said : can't conections with them braind.
