Review of : Growing Tall


Some things that affect height, namely genetic factors that have an important role to determine the height of the body. In addition to genetic factors, hormones also have an important role in growth. Hormones play a role in the increase and decrease activity of several organs in the body. Height is also influenced by the food we consume. 
Someone who does not get enough nutrition can experience growth problems.Proper sleep can increase hormones that cause increased height. Sleep raises "Human Growth Hormone" (HGH). 
Exercise and exercise can increase our height.
