This reading about how to make omelet. There are two person talkinh about how to make omelet, they are Keri and Todd. Tood asked keri how to make omelet , and then she told hom, the some way her father and grandmother make it .
To make it, first take some eggs and crack them in a bowl, whisk them up, until quite high and fluffly.prepare hot pan that's kind of small that the sides go up at an angel put some oil and heat it up. Then pour the whisked up eggs into the pan. As it cooking, take the spatula and push the bottom layer of the egg to the sides and the middle so the uncooked eggs get to the bottom of the pan.
Flip it up and put the fillings on the top, it can be cheese,onions,tomatoes or anything that you like.

and it's very easy if you want to try to make it.
