Review of the 2nd Science Article : World Englishes

"World Englishes"

       This article informs us about the conceptualization of the term 'world Englishes'. The Rupert Firth is the first linguist that holder of the chair of general linguistics at London University. After his extensive experience in South Asia, he observed : English is an International Language. It's mean that the international is not only in Europe but also in Asia and Africa, and serves various African ways of life and increasingly the all. Rupert also say 'English is the key to what is describe in common cliche'.
       This observation made over a half century ago, exemplified the functional realities of the English language in the world context. Rupert's earlier observations have been addressed in much more detail in the following years for a historical review.
