This article explains about the process of learning languange is very important to know the order of skills that must be taught to learns. In the process of learning a good languange, there are stages, namely listening, speaking, reading and writing. Listen to skills and speaking skills is a skill that must be coordinated with the others. Listening is a cognitive process that involves a variety of factors. And physcological processes, while listening is the cognitive process by which we pay special attention to what we hear. In other words, the ability to speak is directly related to psychology, sociology and education.
