All of us did many things everyday. But don't forget that we should make our life happy too. It's important if we give ourselves a break because it will be good for our health.
First step for make our life happy, is try to look people around us. There are many people who love you. This is actually something that people will surely need.
Second step, it's good step to write down what things that will make you happy. Afterr that, you can now start moving and try to do each those things. If there many people said that when they eat light, it can make them enjoy, i also agree with them. But wait, don't eat too much. It will make you can't move around as much as you want.
Next step, try to take a cold shower in the morning before you start your day. It will give you happiness because it can make your body up and keep it healthy.
Last step, always remember that if you want to be happy, you must try to talkless if you don't have anything good to say. This step will make you happy because you won't husrt other people.
