The main purpose
of this research is to know the background color that gives affection to
remedial students in reading environment using digital story book. That is the
needs analysis that encompasses during the reading process, the design of
digital storybook content: background color, graphics, interface and
interaction design, digital story book development, digital book execution, and
background color test evaluation using usability study. Storytelling combines
feelings and emotions through color into product design. It has the potential
to provide an exciting and engaging experience in literacy learning.
