(194) 23rd Article : Formation of The Creative Person

Creative students are distinguished by seeking self-improvement and self-perfection (without which not only successful instruction is impossible but also independent of the organization and realization of scientific research work), the ability to adapt to new situations, re-evaluate the accumulated experience, and analyze one's ability. The development of creativity, the dynamics of personality, professional and spiritual maturity is strongly influenced by all pedagogic factors (motivational creative environment, oriented individual instructional system) that interacts closely with social factors (social acceptance of innovative activities, educational social trends and collective labor) and factors psychological level (intellectual activity level, leadership qualities, cooperative readiness of creative activity, adequate self-assessment, organizing creative activity For creative activity both external factors (absence of strictly structured hierarchical society, absence of authoritarianism and bureaucratism, freedom of speech and press, the relationship of tolerance to free thinkers) and also internal (high intellectual level, openness to new personality type, ability to be responsible for self) is necessary.This is important because the world is changing very fast, ng-people there continue to face new problems and situations. Individuals can not be formed but only raised. Raising them in turn can mean none other than the creation of conditions for the cultivation of the individual self.
