(192) 22nd Article : Gender Disparity in School Participation and Achievement: The Case in Malaysia

This article has provided insight into the many puzzling questions about gender differences in school participation and academic achievement. The relationship between gender and achievement tends to be mediated by other factors, such as parent and teacher support, as well as personality and motivational factors. But what may have contributed to this educational disparity in the achievement of boys and girls needs to be investigated by future researchers.
