Depression is a mental illness that is characterized y negative thought and behaviors. In this text, we can know the fruits that will help us to fight depression. The first is walnuts. It is one of the richest plant-based sources of omega-3 fatty acid that support  brain function and reduce depression symptoms. The second is tomatoes. It contains lots of folic acid and alpha-lipolic acid that are good for fighting depression. The third is banana. It is a good source of trypthophan that can help to enchance our mood, aid relaxation and boost our confidence. Fourth is cherries. Besides containing a ton of antioxidant, cherries also provide natural melatonin and serotonin that could help to fight depression. The last is apples. They are high in antioxidant that can help to prevent and repair oxidation damage and inflammation on the cellular level. They are also full of soluble fiber that balances blood sugar swings.
