Review of : Everybody Needs to Relax by Diane



Yha.. all of us need time to relax. We through a lot of things everyday. Many people said that they even have no time to relax because of their work. 
Sometimes, people just thinking too much about their work. So actually that is the reason why they're getting stressed to face it. They forgot about around them. This situation even can make their health get weak as well. Of course that's not good. 
We need take time to rest even just for a while. Surely this things will make you better in other things that you do in your work.
We may be really busy. All of us have a lot things to do or a lot of things to think everyday. As long as we understand that we actually need time to relax, now just try to sleep long hours. That's actually the most important things that we must do in a day because our body gets to be refreshed after that. Our body gets restored after may be we have passed our hard day.
If we want to relax our body while we are in our work time, we just need to set aside a little time to breathe in through the nose and slowly breathe out through the mouth. Just do this every 5 second and it will relax your body, muscles, or even our nerves.
The other important thing that we should pay attention is about food. Healthy food for sure, because it is very influential for our body. Especially by eating fresh fruit, vegetables, and also multivitamins that are very useful to help us to remove bad toxins and keep our bodies fresh. 
Last things that we should know, try to think positive thought. It will make good effect for our life. All of us must be learned about positive mind can make our positive life too.
