Because busy with work and school, we often forget to rest and take the time to relax. We must know what causes us stress. If we do not rest then our health will be weak. In working hard must be accompanied with good health. No matter how busy you are, you need to sleep for your body to recover, to rest the mind do with a small thing that is breathing through the nose and slowly breathe through the mouth, do 5 rattle once. Food can also relieve stress but do not overuse consuming like sugar and coffee, because it will cause disease. Taking a multivitamin is important. You can do sports and massage. Everyone needs to relax for the balance of the body to stay awake.
