Intent from what i read, be yourself. ranging from how to dress etc. Work out how you don't have to push yourself. Choose your favorite color, choose clothes and wear that you think comfortable you use but still polite. No need to imitate someone else's dressing style if it turns out to yourself that it doesn't make you comfortable. Essentially be yourself.
