In this article discusses the identification between talking and singing. In this article, how to indentify it's tried by collecting several different sounds in singing and speaking with the same word or prahse. And apparently identifying singing sounds is more difficult than identifying speech sounds, and in fact the prosodis, intonation, accent and phonetic features are very important is sound timbre.
