So people over the age of 30 years will be better and emotionally stable. Our mental health is influenced by what we eat, the lifestyle and how much we exercise. Therefore, people aged over 30 years will be more awake health when reducing consuming carbohydrates. In addition to people under the age of 30 years, if consuming food more than 3 times a week then more at risk of mental stress, anxiety, and depression. So, this proves that there is a close relationship between what we eat everyday and mental health, including when we diet.
