consists of Protein, Carbohydrate, Vitamin, Fat, Calcium, Mineral, Phosphorous,
Calories, Fiber, and water. The benefits of onion that being explained in this
text are, remove constipation, erase the sore throat, end bleeding problem,
diabetes treatment, finish heart related illnesses, and correct anemia.
Moreover, one of onion types, green onion, is also rich of properties. Eating
green onion could maintain low levels of cholesterol. It has anti-bacterial
properties. Eating green onion also could increase our immunity power and
