Here are some benefits of eating small meals throughout the day. First, it prevents over reating. Second, it could help us boosting our metabolism. Third, it could reduce fatigue. Fourth, it could improve eating habits. Fifth, it could improve our moods. So, we do not need big food to always get healthy because we can get healthy with small meals.
