In this text there are some clear signs that indicate you are sleep deprived. First, cold and flu because the immunity system going weaker. Second, problems getting pregnant. Third, high blood pressure. Fourth, problem with weight gain. And the last is skin health. Make sure that you get enough sleep, so you can avoid these kind of problems.
