'Eat Healthy, Live Healthy'
We must take good care of our health, because health is wealth. These are ways on how we can be healthy and be sure that we'll be happy also. We'll can eat healthy and live healthy as well.
The first, eat the right calories as they become the reason our energy. And the second, make sure that we eat a lot of different food and balanced in a day, as well that our body is getting all the vitamins and minerals. Such as:
-starch, you can try pasta, potato, bread, and rice.
-fruit and vegetables, we'll get all kinds of vitamins and minerals that we need.
-salt, a part of most food that we eat. Make sure that you put a stop to taking too much salt as it will get our blood pressure up. Well then this is not healthy.
