      Have you ever wondered why you are so hungry if you do not sleep well? Researchers at the University of Chicago may have an answer. They show that not getting enough sleep makes people hungry the next day.
       Powerlessness releases chemicals that increase the pleasure of eating. This makes us eat more. Sleep deprived people want a higher-calorie snack than healthy food. People who do not get enough sleep eat enough fatty foods twice.
