"Cutting up food help human evolution"

Feeding habits and food processing skills from two million years ago helped us develop language. Researchers say that cutting meat is an important step in our evolution. We need less time to chew, which gives us more time to develop the language and communicate.
The professor chews raw meat to test his theory. He said: "You chew and you chew and you chew, and nothing happens." He says that slicing meat, "is the simplest technology of all".
