This article is about The Use of Graded Reading Materials for Children with Reading Difficulties. This paper discusses a case study on the use of graded reading materials in enhancing reading skills among children
with reading difficulties. In this case study using a sample of 7-year-old girls who have difficulty reading words with more than 3 syllables. the second sample is a boy who has speech delay.
The sample 1 is introduced to a new word and then identifying, recognizing and understanding the word (Bos & Vaughn, 2008). Overall,
the reading material for Sample 1 turns out to be useful and helps improve reading ability and there are a number of possitive forces observed in using selected gradation reading material.
Sample 2 is reading with reference to the image and not in accordance with the words and sentences that follow the picture.
He also found difficulty in identifying letters, so
the alphabet is made to provide direct support to him.
From the results of this case study, the use of gradation seems to be suitable for children with reading difficulties. The proper teaching method for

There are still many children who have difficulty in reading, this article helps teachers to explain tiered reading is a form of literature built through a gradual process
to allow a student to master reading fluently in a short period of time. This multilevel reading material is suitable for use in pre-school classes, mainstream classes.
